Unrecognized chapters in Encore cs6

am having an issue with Encore cs6 when i transport from the dynamic link of premiere pro cs6, the issue is that encore sometimes does not recognized the chapters, or sometimes puts them in a ramdomly form of numbers out of sequence, or sometime just appeard 2 chapters only out of the 19 ones that i marked in the timeline of premiere cs6, can somebody help with this, thanks

    Make sure  you are using Encore makers.

     

    If you change markers once you have dynamic linked, you must tell Encore to update them.

     

    Other than those issues, I have not seen what you are describing.

    thats what i wrote before am using encore markers in premiere  for example i did a wedding video with 19 chapters using encore markers in priemiere and when i send it to encore trought the dynamic link feature for encore cs6 it only appeared 13 chapters out of the 19. and it happend the same with another video which i made in premiere with 15 chapters and when i send it to encore only 2 chapter where indicated in the  encore timelime: i think is a bug from encore cs6. thanks for responding stan, preciate

    Are you getting only the first, for example, 13 out of the 19 (on the PR sequence), or does it appear random?

    in premiere i made 19 chapters and in encore only appears 13 out of those 19 that i created in PR for example 1 .2 .3 4 .5. 6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13 thats what am getting on encore cs6. and in another  video i made 15 chapters in premiere and in encore when i transported i got only 2 chapters in the ecore timeline, and something strange happend in another test with 19 chapters too. i transported to encore and the 19 chapters appeared but the last one was as a 20 chapter and when i click on the 20eth it became back to a 19 chapter so it must be encore, has a bug. thanks Stan for responding back
