Installation of adobe e-learning suite error 16

Hi,

 

I have tried to install the adobe e-learnig suite(trial Version) on my PC ( windows 7). the installation seems to be successfull buy when I launch one of the adobe software a window with error 16 contact adobe suppert comes out. Can you help me?

    Which Adobe software is giving you the Error 16 when you launch it?  Has it ever worked on your Windows 7 computer?

    I am sorry Elisabettaclarius I am still confused as to where you are receiving this error.  Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?  Perhaps if you can also include the steps you perform to reach the error message it would be helpful as well.
