movie transcodes and then untranscodes

Hello....I am transcoding movies for a blue ray disc (Encore CS5). I transcoded a movie and then 30 sec later the computer beeps at me and its untranscoded again. So I transcode it again it seems ok. This has happened a few times. Does anyone know why it would have untranscoded? (I did not move any files whatsoever.) Thank you.

    Probably permission or performance issues on the drive, so the transcode infor is not properly written. Verify your permissions and do some disc maintenance like defragmenting, verifying drive integrity and getting rid of stray temp files. Also make your security tools behave and exclude your project folders from their scanning.

    Thanks for that. I am also running into issues where the files are transcoded and I save the project. I close out of that project and open it later on and 1 or 2 movies have become untranscoded and I have not moved any files. Do you think it related to the same problem?
