Is it available for enterprise edition ?

This is done with a custom push notification server. With the default Adobe push service, you can't send messages like this.

Thank you four your answer.

In the Link, "User level = All",
but in digitalpubsuite_help.pdf, Setting up third-party push notifications (Enterprise only).

So my question is
are proffesional Edition users available a custom push notification?
