I have just recently joined the Creative Cloud group of services and I can't visualize any tutorial? Customer service assured me that the Adobe engineers are working on the problem? Is Adobe TV on the fritz or not? Can anyone help in this matter? Please post, if your experiencing the same thing I am.
Once you are signed in to the Creative Cloud go to the Files view https://creative.adobe.com/files. On the right in the Sidebar is the blue link for "Watch more videos". Clicking on it will take you to the Learn Creative Cloud page of Adobe TV here http://tv.adobe.com/show/learn-creative-cloud/.
I am able to play vidoes from the site. Which OS (with version) and browser (with version) are you using?
Hi Ken. Thanks for your reply. I am still not able to play the videos. My OS is Lion 10.7.4 and my browser is Safari and up to date with the 5.17 version. According to customer service, the engineers are working on the problem. I have yet to receive any communication in the form of an email or any sort of news flash to that effect? Have you seen or heard anything to that effect?
What is the problem? I'm paying a monthly fee for this service and I believe Adobe expects to be paid punctually as I expect to get the service for which I am paying for and not receiving as of yet. Please asked Abobe Head office or whom ever is in charge of costumer service to act responsibly and make an announcement of some type, as many users and this again is according to costumer service are without the ability to visualize the very needed tutorial in Adobe TV?
I am able to play videos on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 with the browser Safari 5.1.7. The videos do require Flash Player to work. I am running Flash Player 11.3.300.257 per http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. Which version of Flash Player are you using?
