I cant click accept to the terms and conditions for adobe download assistant

While trying to install the trial version of Adobe Illutratotor, i encounter the problem of adobe download assistant being unresponsive when i try to click accept or even when i try to close the program. The only way to close the program is to close it via ending its process in task manager.

 

I have tried trying to tab to accept and i can see the outline around the button but nothing happens when i hit enter.

 

Im using Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

    It is likely you have a software firewall installed.  The firewall is blocking the Adobe Download Assistant from connecting to the Internet and making it appear to be unresponsive.  You will want to configure your software firewall to allow the Adobe Download Assistant access to the Internet.

    While trying to install the trial version of Adobe photoshop CS6, i encounter the problem of adobe download assistant being unresponsive when i try to click accept or even when i try to close the program. The only way to close the program is to close it via ending its process in task manager.

     

    I have tried trying to tab to accept and i can see the outline around the button but nothing happens when i hit enter. HEELPPP!!!

    Gmrace please configure your software firewall to allow access to the Adobe Download Assistant.
