Image keeps freezing

I use Windows 7-64 bit, Chrome and flash with the last versions...

 

 

Don't know how to say this. My computer is top, my internet is 10mb, but when i go to http://www.purgegamers.com/stream to watch with flash, the image keeps freezing all the time, for like 5~10 sec, but i still hear the audio fine. Don't know what to do, already tryied all the things that the support offers. Any1 can help me? Ty for the attention.

    Is this something that recently started occurring?  I just checked out this stream on Chrome on my Win 7x64 system but it ran fine.  Could you try disabling hardware acceleration to see if we're dealing with a driver conflict?

     

    How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?

     

    In addition, I'd recommend disabling temporarily all extensions in Chrome to make sure none of them are conflicting.
