temporal wiggle expression that only jumps forward in time

How would one write a temporal wiggle expression that only jumps forward in time..or something even better to achieve the following....  I have my 2 position keyframes set for an object that is dragging along the floor being pulled by a string which makes a smooth motion from A to B. In real life it would stutter somewhat do to the resistance of the floor... The temporal wiggler will jump it back & forth but I only want it to move forward.  I could manually insert many inbetween keyframes and then drag them left and right but wonder if their was an easier expression...since I will be doing many of them.  In working on it, I realize I need a random - move hold -move hold, between two keyframes ..not a temporal as I am aiming for more realism and not stop motion..  Thanks in advance!

Simply clamp it to cur everything below zero or remap the values using a linear() expression or whatever.
