Update from Adobe 7 to Adobe X

Unable to complete down load as error message states that opened files have to be closed, however no files are opened. How do I get around this problem?

    If you are having problems trying to install Adobe Reader, please post in the Adobe Reader forum. It is is other software, please let us know which software.
