how do i email an adobe document without attaching as an attachment?

    You can publish the document on a web server and email the link.

    Adobe's acrobat.com can be used for posting pdfs. Other sites offer such hosting of files. I use Dropbox.com.

    If you are asking if you can have a PDF document in the body of an email message: you cannot.

     

    The only official email formats are Plain Text, HTML, and for some Microsoft email clients RTF.  PDF is not a supported email format.
