Error 6 & 7 with 3 Creative Cloud Products

I get Errors 6 and 7 with CS6 Creative Cloud installation attempts with After Effects, Fireworks and InDesign. I also tried to install the trial versions, as an Adobe Rep suggested in the forums, but they still did not install.

I have the proper Mac system requirements and have tried numerous other solutions given online. All to no avail.

HELP! Please.

We need more details like your OS and install logs.

As per the logs following fonts seems to have got corrupted -

    "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/10.9/Fonts/AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold.otf"

Open Terminal application and run the following commands (as in thread) one by one. Enter password when prompted and hit return -

    sudo mv "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/10.9/Fonts/AdobeFanHeitiStd-Bold.otf" /tmp/

It would move the corrupted font files to temp.

Now try running the installer again.

Ok , then navigate to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/PDFL/10.9/Fonts and move the content in the Fonts folder to the desktop and then check.

After moving them to the desktop as you directed and AE properly installed I opened up my old PDFL file again and saw that it had installed only a 10.9 sub-folder within it. I'm guessing the older version sub-folders were the culprits for the previous installation errors. Correct or not?

Correct , there was something wrong , not sure what however.

INDESIGN PARTIAL INSTALLATION - CAUSE FOR CONCERN?

This is the install log from InDesign when I successfully installed the program after trashing the old PDF file as described above. Do I need to be concerned about this? What does it mean?

DF024: Unable to preserve original file at "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Linguistics/6.0/Providers/Proximity/11.00/swd58.ths" (Seq 409)

It is the similar error as earlier , this time it is the Linguistics file ,

First check you should have complete "Read and write" Permission to the "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/" folder and it's enclosed component.

Secondly if incase this doesn't work then copy the 11.00 folder on desktop (do not trash ) and then check.
