How do I delete bookdata?

Hi

 

I'm helping one of our customers with some problems she's having downloading an ebook. Our suppliers have suggested that she "delete the bookdata in the Adobe/Restore folder.". I don't know what this means, and I haven't been able to find anything on the forums. Can someone help?

    The were suggesting you delete the restore directory under the Digital Editions folder:

    (mac) ~/Documents/Digital Editions/tasks/restore

    (win) user dir/My Documents/My Digitial Editions/tasks/restore
