I cannot access CS6 updates to install on my laptop. I am using windows 7, home premium version 6.1, build 7601, service pack 1. It was suggested earlier today that I use the Creative Suite cleaning tool and then reinstall. I did this but I continue to receive mesages: Server might be offline or internet or firewall settings incorrect, when I try access the server. I had no problem installing these files on my desktop.

What else can I do?

Try the below given step it may help :-

Open Network and Sharing Center
Click Change adapter settings
Right-click the Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter, and click Disable.
