I bought Photoshop CS6 today online from Adobe and downloaded it.
But when I try to start it, I just get the message that I need to extract the files first. I do so, but then nothing happens.
This is repeated if I try to start Photoshop again.
Best regards,
Sten E
Well, as a matter of fact my Photoshop CS6 is up and running now.I found a file called "setup", ran it, and then Photoshop was installed.I did not have any documentation about this. Perhaps I could have got the documentation somehow, but I cannot help thinking that the process of downloading and installing could be more clear and natural.Another observation: it would be good if the installation process included installing ikons for Photoshop and Bridge on the desktop. Now you have to make these ikons manually. Best regards,Sten E
