I recently upgraded to Creative Cloud CS6. I've got everything installed and updated, but I cannot get anything in Premiere to encode -- whether through AME or the direct export feature. The system seems to go through it's process just fine, and a file is created -- but with 0:00 time and either 0 bytes or 283 bytes for what should be a 30 minute, give or take, file. I've tried several formats without success. I've tried with graphics card acceleration and without. No difference.
Any clue what's going on?
Sure. I've tried exporting to both DVD and DVD image. I'm running Windows 64-bit. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and have deleted files in the offending programs' cache. I think I got all of the cache for the files I've been trying to get to go, too. Not sure that I've gotten anywhere -- seems like I'm stalling again and can't get to move past a certain point.
I did however get Premiere to encode a very short video. I don't think it's a memory issue. I've got 16gb RAM and 4TB of hard drive (probably 3TB available at present). Not sure what else might be helpful to share -- but appreciate the reply and interest in resolving this problem.
