PSE 10 problem with CD/DVD label making

I know that there must be more than one choice of layout and backround for a label. There were more choices in PS 7, but only 1 choice shows up. How do I get the other choices?

That's the only template in PSE10.

If you hit the "Switch to Advanced Mode" button at the lower left of the Editing window, you can use the full PSE editing tools to add/remove layers, change the size of the picture frames, etc.
