Unable to access my desktop icon for Photoshop Elements 7 that was working prior to some minor repair I had done with my computer.  How can I access my Photoshop other than by the desktop icon?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Try making a new desktop icon for the Editor and delete the old one.

Right click anywhere on the desktop and select New à Shortcut

    Browse to Computer OS C:

And find the PSE Editor application in Program Files or Program Files (x86) on Windows 7 - 64 bit.

    C: à Program Files à Adobe à Photoshop Elements 7.0

Within the Photoshop Elements 7 folder find PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe (with the icon)

Select that file and click Next.

    Then click Finish.

What happens when you try? Do you get an error message?

Did you reinstall PSE after the computer repair, and if so, did you temporarily disable your antivirus program while the installation was in progress?

Has it ever worked after the repair?

    Do all other programs work?
