Yes. If you have OS X Lion you obviously are prepared to pay the Apple tax.

For the same price Windows users get a much more powerful system.

Yes, of course it will. PSE 6 and higher all work just fine.

Yes. Photoshop Elements 10 is compatible with MAC 10.7.4
