capturing DPS content

Jul 1, 2012 3:10 AM

Hi Guys

Can any one recommend any way/software to capture a user navigating through one of my DPS apps, ie swiping through left and right, up/down and recording all this, capturing 360 spins, rub-outs etc. I would like to capture this as video content to show on youTube etc

Cheers

Alistair

I used a complete desktop preview and a screen capture software on the Mac

(screen flow). Advantage: you get a mouse pointer. Disadvantage: desktop

    preview behaves differently.

You can use reflection to mirror your ipad2 or higher to your computer and

get 100% what's on the device. Reflection supports recording as well, but

you don't get your finger position.

+1 on Reflection but I’m a big fan of Camtasia.

You could do the recording and add the effects afterward for the taps on the device.
