installing

how do i know if software installed prperly, where do i find it. i bought it through amazon and it seemed to be downloading but then, my pc shutdown and restarted, i see adobe folder in my desktop but it contains too many files, dont know where to begin reinstalling or identifying what the issue was.

    We need more info like your OS and which product and version ?

     

    Please provide the screen shot with the content in the Adobe folder on desktop.

    As Manish-Sharma said, we need a lot more info. You're not even telling us what product you actually purchased. If you're referring to Elements, then install logs might tell us what's going on. also check your system event viewer for any potential crashes that may have caused the system restart....
