Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone has tried installing Master Collection CS3 on Windows 8 to see if it works or not? I know there will be no official support, just wondering what experiences people have had? The applications I'm most interested in are Photoshop and Premiere. Thanks in advance!

I agree to Bob, let us know too the experience of CS 3. I can assure the CS 6 is working like a charm and has too many new option to make you work standout. bchaudha@abobe.com
Thanks guys! I'm not going to try it yet - halfway through a project so now wouldn't be such a smart time for me to try experimenting - not sure when the release candidate expires but I'd like to test this before it does, so I know whether to buy Windows 8 as soon as it's available for pre-order.
Hi again!
Well, despite saying I wasn't going to try it yet, I ended up partitioning my drive and installing Windows 8, and then CS3.
Initially Windows 8 was pretty stable and the CS3 discs (collection, acrobat 9 upgrade, onlocation) all installed with no problems. However shortly after the whole OS has turned very flaky and keeps freezing so at this moment I don't think my test is all that conclusive - I don't believe the flakiness is down to the Adobe software however something is certainly causing issues.
When it came to removing the software, the Acrobat 9 uninstaller work, OnLocation didn't (neither will it open) and the other programs had problems deactivating, detailers here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1031179

Just a quick update as I've not really had the time to play with this, however I deleted the Preview and instaled the Windows 8 Enterprise versions which is available as a demo from Microsoft.
More info when I get time to play around with it some more :-)
