Can't update my CS5 software - says Bridge CS5 is opened, but it isn't

Can anyone help?  I'm just trying to pull over CS5 updates and I can't.  Every option I try still tells me that Bridge is opened, but it is not.

    Every option I try still tells me that Bridge is opened, but it is not.

     

    Yes, it is. Task Manager --> Processes tab --> Bridge.exe --> right-click --> End Process.

    Thanks so much!!!!!  That did the trick.  I didn't even think of going into Task Manager to see if it was opened.
