Photoshop CS2 won't open

Jul 1, 2012 12:07 AM

I still use Photoshop CS2 and recently I downloaded the driver for my new Epson NX430 printer. Since then Photoshop won't open.

I uninstalled the entire CS2 Suite and reinstalled. Photoshop still won't work though the rest of the programs do. How can I fix the problem?

I am using Mac OS X 10.4.11.

Thanks.

Uninstalling / reinstalling does not clear Photoshop preferences.

Press and hold Shift - Command - Option on a cold-start of Photoshop.  It will prompt you to delete your current Photoshop preferences.  Confirm this and it should come up.

Good find, and thank you for reporting.

In very general terms, TWAIN is "out."

    Thank you for reporting.
