Please try a different web browser.  It is likely your security settings, add-ons, or toolbars are interfering with the download process.

I am having the same problem. A pop-up that says "only secure information is displayed" comes up when I get to the "Download a Free Trial of Lightroom 4" page. I hit "show all content." The page reloads; I hit the download button; nothing happens. I've removed all of my security settings. I was able to download the Photoshop Elements 10 trial with no problem. :/

I'd really like to try out Lightroom before making a purchase.

Lightroom uses a different download process than Photoshop Elements.  Which web browsers have you attempted to use so far Krissacole?

Clazzer the exact same thing happened to me too.

Try a different browser like Jeff said.

I used Google Chrome and it downloaded without any problems.

Found a solution for me. For those of you using Internet Explorer 9, you have to run it in compatibility mode for the download button to work.

Come on Adobe fix this IE 9 has been out for a year or more.  At least put up a warning to run IE9 in compatibility mode.

Fourdee42391065321-=63 do you have any other plug-ins or addons installed in your installation of Internet Explorer 9?
