Unable to keyword a .MP4 file?

I tried to add a keyword to a .MP4 file and received the error included in the attached screenshot. Is there some way around this?

    Not an expert here but there are some problems with some  mp4 formats, espcially  Sonny.  They seemed to have a proprietary version and PS does not have a licence for it.
