flashplayer and Firefox issue problems.

I use windows 7 and firefox browser. when I am using youtube flashplayer works perfect, but everytime I go other video webpages flashplayer doesn't work. Does anybody have any idea what the problem is ?

Could you please provide us with the links to websites where Flash Player doesn't work?
