Hi

I am trying to embed a video .mp4 file using acrobat 9 pro exteded and keep getting the following error message:

"Video conversion requires QuickTime 7.0 or later from apple. Please install the latest version of QuickTime available"

I have already updated my QuickTime to the latest version and still keep getting this message.

Does anyone know of a solution to this?

Thanks for your help.

If your media file is in MP4/h264 format it should be embeddable as is. Alternatively you could convert it to the compatible FLV format outside Acrobat. One popular tool is FFMpeg or you could use an online service (Zamzar, MediaConvert).
