Great News!

Hey everyone,

With all of us posting when things are NOT working, I thought I'd post a success story.

 

We just piloted our first CBT made with Captivate 6, and it was a great success.  It was a 90ish min CBT used in a classroom setting (with a facilitator supporting).  It took me about 110 hours to create (prob would slim down to 75 next time).  Additionally, Cap 6 saved me 15-20 additional hours of work.

 

The students loved it!  They said things like "wish we had this a year ago" and "a million times better than our past training."  While taking the CBT, they were more engaged than with the previous instructor-led demonstration-based training.

    Sweet. While not an Adobe employee, as a user and developer it's sure nice to see positive feedback every once in a while. Thanks for posting

    I love new CP6 and I hope Adobe quickly fix the serious problems with some functionality and stability of aplication. During my small atempt by testing last three weeks, I save time about 30% compare working in CP6 and the same work in CP5.5.  Same good news!

    A big thanks for sharing this really Good news .. this was something we were waiting to hear from somebody . I shall pass this on to the team and I am sure they would be delighted .

     

    @ Yarik - I am not sure about the problem you are facing .. but have not heard stability issues so far . Would greatly appreciate if you can share your issues to my direct email - sjayaram@adobe.com .. I am sure we shall do the best we can to get up and running.
