More requests for the following lenses:
Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR
Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras
I have been trying for hours now to find the lens profiles for the Olympus E=PL1 / Zuiko lens 14-42
and the Olympus 70-300 // 40-150 // I tried to get the profile downloader, but it is bundled with the lens profile creator, and there is NOTHING about downloading and there are no existing profiles.
I am new to lightroom, and this forum, and am getting quite frustrated ... searching the adobe website for "olympus imaging" brings no results
clicking into box for creator and website inside the Lens profile creator and typing in Olympus imaging - also nothing
HELP !!!
In lieu of these profiles not existing anywhere, can Adobe please create these lens profiles PLEASE
thanks, the Diving Temptress
You need to download and install the Adobe Lens Profile Downloader to search and download the profiles. And type in "olym" in the "Camera Make" field to search for all the lens profile available for the Olympus camera. Unfortunately, none of the available profiles matches your lenses. You could download the Adobe Lens Profile Creator to create the profiles for your lenses yourself or wait for others to make one for you :-).

They are still separate tools, but accessible via the same web page:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/lensprofile_creator.html
The link you want on that page is the one at the bottom, named "Download the Lens Profile Downloader (AIR, 1.0 MB)"

I see both of these lenses in LR 3.4.1 available for RAW (NEF) files.
The specific filenames in Windows 7 are:
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0\Nikon\
NIKON D90 (Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f3.5-5.6G VR) - RAW.lcp
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0\Sigma\Nikon\
NIKON CORPORATION (Sigma_10-20mm_F4-5.6_EX_DC_HSM ) - RAW.lcp

I would like to request a profile be made for the old magic drainpipes.
Canon 28-80 f2.8-4L
Canon 80-200 F2.8L
I use them on a Canon 1Ds Mk I. I can loan the lenses (Mail em) to Adobe if needed to get these profiles created as it would be imensley useful to my family as we all share these lenses. They are great lenses for the money! I find my 28-80 actually gives better colors than the modern replacment.

Answer to scorrier for Olympus PEN and 14-42mm
1) download the profil downloader here http://blogs.adobe.com/labs/archives/tag/adobe-lens-profile-downloader
You must have adobe AIR in your system
2) Install and start the tool
3) instead of selecting Olympus in the menu, type by hand Olympus Imaging and you will get this list in front of you
Select your lens 14-42mm, it was done with E-P2 but will work with your Camera, and say download. Then the profil is installed in your sytem
4) Stop and restart your Lightroom 3.5
5) select a RAW image
6) LR 3.5 in Developpment mode, select your Lense: M 14-42
I would really appreciate it if Adobe could create a profile for the Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens with jpg instead of RAW using a Canon EOS Rebel t3i with Peripheral Illumination Correction enabled.
I know that this sounds like a very specific request, but this is the standard kit configuration for this body and many users would benefit from the profile.
Right now it is only possible to perform lens corrections on images shot in RAW with the lens.
Thanks!
Ash
You can always create a copy of the profile (the appropriately-named .lcp file) and change the RAW=true to RAW=false. It might over-compensate for vignetting if the camera already does that but you can at least try and see if it’s better. It’ll get overwritten when you install a new version of ACR but if you move the edited profiles into the user-specific location then they’ll stick. Either that or just make a backup copy and put it back in the Adobe folder whenever you install ACR.
