Muse does not work

I installed the lates release of Muse when I was prompted to do so, and now the program does not work any more. I'm asked to sign in when I launch it, and then I get an error message: An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later. I tried uninstall, clean-up utility and re-install: I always get the same message. Anybody have an idea?

Thanks Dave. I just tried again, the proablem still hasn't been solved. What can I do? Is anybody else experiencing this problem?
