Uninstalling without internet access

I currently use creative suite 5 (Student edition). I Have developed a fault with my Imac which requires a new hard drive. At the moment I can only boot up in "safe mode" and do not have internet access. How therefore can i deactivate this software correctly in order to reinstall it on the new drive without compromising this license.

Hi Arpit
Managed to regain internet access, so I have now (hopefully) successfuly deactivated creative suite on this drive. Many thanks for your offer though.
