Missing footage error (screenshot included)

So, I am trying to render a project by using the "Render Queue" tab in After Effects CS4 and I keep getting this error message:

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and I have installed all the latest updates for After Effects. Any advice?

    Nope, not much advice to give. 

     

    You're somehow mising the footage: you'll notice that its place in the project window shows color bars.  Double-click on it,  navigate to the location of the missing footage, double-click again and it should be there.  Save the project before you render.

     

    If it's some other issue, try answering the questions you'll find here so we can do a proper diagnosis.

    Thanks for the reply, but I can't seem to find the color bars you are refering to. Any help with that?

    Highlight the footage in question in the project window.  At the top, you should see color bars.  If you don't, answer those questions I linked to.
