Sending data from CP6

I simply want to have a field where the user enters their email address and that email address is sent to a PHP form

the string I want to send is "http://www.alkemedia.com/certMailer.php?Email=greg@alkemedia.com

How do I do this????

I've tied a javascript that works in a web browser = NO LUCK

I've tried a swf that works properly = NO LUCK

Send Email To - won't work as I want the email to be the variable

Any assistance would be great!

There is the Variables Widget that will do this for Cp 5.x, and it will be updated for Cp 6.0 very soon. Stay tuned:
