Large Image Zoom Slider not working

Can anyone help with why my Large Image Zoom slider doesn't work? I've followed instructions as per tag: {tag_largeimage,zoom,width,height} I have dimensions at 310 and 220. Image looks ok but slider desn't move and image doesn't get bigger...

    Think I shed some light on this myself... I tried with a different template and it works fine.

     

    So, the Large Image Product Zoom doesn't work with the BC 'Perfume Shop' Template (at least for me...)

    For me as well, just ran into the same problem with the perfume shop template. The template has lots of javascript links at the bottom of the page, it is something there that is messing it up (comment it out and the slider should start working!)

    I had issues on products with poplets - took the poplet tag out and slider worked great, put it back in - zip, nada zilch , Standard BC template sites

    Can someone please provide a URL of the product where the slider or poplets don't work so that I can investigate this? I suspect it may be due to some kind of JavaScript conflict.

    I had a look at that and it's one of the scripts inside the template interfering with the zoom, but I can not tell which one it is since it doesn't throw any errors. When I go to Classic Boutique catalogue and disable the template, then refresh the product page the zoom works. You may have to disable the scripts one by one to figure out which one is causing the problem.

    Has anyone had any luck with fixing this issue? I am using the perfume template with the same issue.

     

    If it is the lightbox.js how would I disable it and how would it affect my site?

     

    Also just want to confirm I am doing this right. I have a large image 800px x 800px. My tag is {tag_largeimage,zoom,375,375}. So this would mean the product image is viewed at 375px x 375px but should zoom to 800px x 800px?

    I'm also having issues with this -

    I need to customize the {tag_largeimage,zoom,width,height} to 600w 360h but slider works erratically as in example: http://meluka.worldsecuresystems.com/bedroom/underbed-storage-1/underb ed-storage-2
