Trying to download Flash Player 11.  Keeps telling me I have applications using it.  Shut everything down and even turned off Norton but it still fails.  Can't use some of my apps on facebook because of this.

What is your web browser?

You need to download the installer to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.
