Depends on the software. Dreamweaver shouldn't have much of a problem but if you plan on doing video editing then Premiere and After Effects won't be able to do a whole lot. The more memory the better and Premiere wont run at all on anything other than a 64bit operating system.

Many of the programs will run but some not so much with only 2GB of ram.
