Releasbuild on Mac does not work

Our technician made an Air Application for PC. The main task is to open an extern HTML file. On PC everything is fine. Now it was my task to make an Releasebuild on Mac with Flash Builder 4.6 (Mac System 10.6.8). The PC Data work correctly within Flash Builder and the project is working good. But when exporting a Releasebuild for Mac, the project is not working any more and the HTML file will not be opened.
It may be something with security matters on Mac? Some data from the folder bin that are visible in Flash Builder can not be found on the harddrive.
