I just got my new Evga GTX 580, While iam editing in Ppro5.5 my gpu temperature has gone 70-80c is it safe? Have CoolerMaster 932 advanced.

During editing that is pretty high, during rendering it is pretty normal, although a bit on the high side. What are your other temps for CPU, disks, mobo?

Do you have fan(s) mounted in the SIDE of the case, to blow air directly onto the card & motherboard?

I would download MSI Afterburner and set the fans to 100%

Weather is very hot in here, 40-45C normally in these days. It could be b'coz of weather i moved my desk under the air conditioner and turn the fans to 90% now gpu is at 55-60c. I think this is normal in my region.
