Will CS5 work satisfactorily with a a 32bit system

I am contemplating buying CS5, but I am unsure if it will work satisfactorily on my computer which is 32 bit.  It has an Intel core 2 Quad, with lots of available memory

    And which of the products? You can no longer buy CS5, anyway (otehr than used copies, of course), so this is even more a question of which specific products you want to use if you will have to go CS6...
