Release date, vendor ID, and account joining?

It is great to see the continuing of updates to ADE, especially for accessiblity!  I have a few questions:

1) Is there any ETA for the release of ADE 1.8?  It seems it has been previewing for quite a while

2) It seems 1.8 adds support for pass-hash ("social") DRM ("B&N").  However, will ADE 1.8 support the "Vendor ID" feature?

3) opening a book fulfilled to an Adobe ID that is different than the Adobe ID ADE is activated with: ADE 1.8 now prompts for the new Adobe ID credentials.

-This is nice!

-Is this performing a "join" of those two Adobe IDs?  Or is it just activating both and leaving the two Adobe IDs un-joined?

Thanks!

Thanks for your comments. Yes, ADE 1.8 will support the "Vendor ID" feature. For question 3, ADE just activates both accounts and leave them un-joined. This means ADE supports multiple-account activation.

@asanford-EP just add a book which was fulfilled with a VendorID and the form to activate it will pop up... though... it didn't worked for me

but it worked with a previous activation of VendorID, made wrongly by our software, overwriting the data from ADE 1.7

... I opened the book with ADE 1.8 with the old activation, and that worked... I couldn't open my old books though (AdobeID activated) ... probably cause I ran out of activations

I opened up another discussion for that... http://forums.adobe.com/message/4538045#4538045
