I am not able to down load Adobe reader? It shows Time out .

Mac or Win? OS version? From where are you trying to download Reader?

Here is the location to find all the versions of Reader across all platforms : ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/

If you wish to download Reader 10.1.3 on Windows, this how you have to navigate ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/ -> Win - > 10.X -> 10.1.3

For most common environments you can download the installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
