... and my Adobe 8 icon shows a question mark. How do I update Adobe?

    Did you have Acrobat 8 installed on this computer previously or is this a new computer as well?

    Thanks for your reply Jeff. This is not a new computer and I did have Acrobat installed. I just recently upgraded from 10.5.2 to 10.6.8 with Snow Leopard. Anyway, when my husband (the Mac expert) came home, he helped me to upgrade Adobe Acrobat from 8 to 10. I'm a happy girl!  Thanks again for your reply to my question.
