If I have a flash animation that is around 15min long and was a very large file size, what type of graphics card would be good to have for that?

The size and length of a flash animation should not have any bearing on what kind of graphics card you use.  The quality of what is being shown could well be limited by a graphics card though.

Hi! Please upload you animation somewhere. This way people here will be able to understand what kind of animation it is and if it requires some hardware support at all...

Is this animation targeted for Internet delivery? and just for your own use, never to be seen by anyone else?

If targeted for Internet delivery and you have a very large file (How large?) then you may need to work on that... and by "large file" are you talking .fla or compiled .swf file?
