Commercial work with student license

I am currently enrolled in a university in the US and am eligible to purchase the student license of adobe products. If I subscribe to the student edition of creative cloud will the license allow me to use work for commercial products (specifically an app that I'm writing)?

Are the Student and Teacher Edition products the same as the commercial products?
Yes. Adobe Student and Teacher Editions are the same full-version software products.

Thanks! Does this apply no matter where I purchase it? For example, from my university's bookstore?

The answer is Yes for that too.

From the FAQ, it suggests that a student version is basically a full version at a discounted price.
