In other words, have mulitple pages sizes in your ePub?

You can have smooth scroll pages and standard pages as long as they reside in different stacks
you can't have a smooth scroll page and a standard page within the same .indd file
No, and do yourself a favor and stop referring this as epub. That is a whole different topic and completely unrelated to DPS.
