Windows to Mac?

If I bought creative suite CS5.5 for windows, will I be able to install it on my Macbook or do I have to buy a Mac version of creative suite?

    You can run Windows on MacBooks, ergo you would be able to run your software via Bootcamp or Parallels emulation. if you want to run it natively on OSX, then yes, you need to upgrade to CS6 and make the platform swap along with it.

    You’ll have to upgrade or move to Creative Cloud. In either case you will be on CS6 for Mac.
