The order was from sept 2011 and the order number was 135510744 so instruction you gave me was no use in my case as this would be a corporate purchase, so can you get me the link to download the product again, I also have the licence key

If you have purchased a volume license then you will be able to obtain your download at https://licensing.adobe.com/. Alternately you can explore the page linked in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 as there is a section for how to download Creative Suite 5 software.
