Patch Package does not exist???

When trying to use the Adobe Reader, I get an error saying to check to see if the patch package exists. How do I fix this???

What is your operating system?

If you are on Windows, try to uninstall Reader using http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

Reinstall with the installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Thanks, Microsoft Fix it Center replaced the missing registry.
