No.

Once you have created an inline rule for a paragraph, pressing Enter at
the end of the paragraph inserts the same style attribute in the new
paragraph.

So I know this is old but I was thinking the same thing, so far I have found that The big old DW can't do it put a simple website gives us the ability, and so far it does it flawlessly. here is the link: http://inlinestyler.torchboxapps.com/ hope this helps you! and Adobe get it together.
