my laptop died and I need to download elements organizer and can't. HELP!!!

Elements Organizer is not a separate product. It is included with Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements. If you download and install any one of them, EO will get installed automatically.
You can download a Photoshop Elements 10 from: http://www.adobe.com/go/tryphotoshop_elements/
